When you use the contact form, SASECNUM processes the information you provide: full name, email address, organisation when supplied, subject and message content.
Your name, email address, subject and message are required to provide a useful response. Organisation is optional. Please do not include sensitive data in this initial communication.
Limited technical data may also be processed by hosting services to secure, operate and distribute the website.

Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to authorised persons within SASECNUM and, within the scope of their duties, to technical providers required to operate the website and professional email service.
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for publishing, security and technical hosting;
- Resend for secure delivery of form messages once the form is activated;
- OVHcloud for professional email hosting;
- Microsoft Outlook for viewing and handling messages when that application is used.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be covered by the applicable transfer mechanism and the provider’s contractual safeguards.
Retention periods
If no contractual relationship is established, enquiry data is retained for no more than three years from collection or the most recent contact from the individual concerned. Where a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is retained during that relationship and then archived for applicable statutory periods.
The tracker-information choice is stored for six months. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting providers’ schedules and security requirements.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise the right to data portability where applicable.
