01

Data controller

SASECNUM, a French simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is at 1 place Danielle Casanova, 93440 Dugny, France, is the controller of the processing described in this policy.

For personal-data enquiries: jc.sadeler@sasecnum.eu.

02

Data collected

When you use the contact form, SASECNUM processes the information you provide: full name, email address, organisation when supplied, subject and message content.

Your name, email address, subject and message are required to provide a useful response. Organisation is optional. Please do not include sensitive data in this initial communication.

Limited technical data may also be processed by hosting services to secure, operate and distribute the website.

03

Purposes and legal bases

Process and follow up your enquiry

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or SASECNUM’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Protect the website and prevent abuse

Legitimate interest in securing the service, detecting automated misuse and maintaining availability.

Meet legal obligations

Compliance with applicable obligations, including data-protection and evidential requirements.

04

Recipients and service providers

Data is accessible only to authorised persons within SASECNUM and, within the scope of their duties, to technical providers required to operate the website and professional email service.

  • OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for publishing, security and technical hosting;
  • Resend for secure delivery of form messages once the form is activated;
  • OVHcloud for professional email hosting;
  • Microsoft Outlook for viewing and handling messages when that application is used.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be covered by the applicable transfer mechanism and the provider’s contractual safeguards.

05

Retention periods

If no contractual relationship is established, enquiry data is retained for no more than three years from collection or the most recent contact from the individual concerned. Where a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is retained during that relationship and then archived for applicable statutory periods.

The tracker-information choice is stored for six months. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting providers’ schedules and security requirements.

06

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise the right to data portability where applicable.

You can exercise these rights by emailing jc.sadeler@sasecnum.eu, or by using the contact form and selecting “Other enquiry”. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

07

Cookies and other trackers

SASECNUM currently integrates no advertising tool, social-media module or independent audience-measurement tool. SASECNUM therefore activates no optional tracker.

Strictly necessary elements may be used for security, service delivery and remembering your choice. The banner stores the “necessary-only” information locally for six months so that it does not appear on every page.

The hosting platform produces technical and aggregated traffic statistics as part of its service. SASECNUM does not use this information to build advertising profiles.

08

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, service providers or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version.
